For the vinyl floor

It is one of the most common kitchen floor surfaces. It is easy to clean a vinyl floor but you have to react as fast as you can when there is a stain. You can clean it with warm but not hot water and a mop. If there are any hard and old stains, you won’t need to put detergent in the water.

Let the floor dry completely.

For the hardwood floor

The most important thing you need to know about cleaning a hardwood floor is that you must not use water! Buy a hardwood cleaner and scrub the floor with a microfiber cloth. Do not pour the cleaner directly onto the floor.

For the ceramic floor

For this kind of floor you can mix hot water and mild detergent and clean the floor with a mop. You can also mix a cup of white vinegar with a gallon of water and use it as odor-eliminating cleanser. If there is grout between the ceramic tiles you can mix hydrogen peroxide and water in equal parts to remove it.

The wood laminate floors need to be cleaned regularly in order to prevent scratching. It’s best to clean them with mild cleanser and warm water.

It is also a good idea to regularly sweep your floor.
